Refund and Return Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange one or more products within 14 days from the delivery date of your order, ensuring that:

  1. The products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags attached;
  2. The products must be returned in the original packaging in which they were received;
  3. The return for the first purchase is free. To arrange a pickup with the courier, please contact us at contact@nomuda.it.

For all deliveries outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any applicable taxes and customs duties to be paid to the carrier upon delivery of the package.

The pickup cost is approximately €40.00.
If any of the above conditions are not met, NOMUDA reserves the right not to accept the returned merchandise and to return it to the Customer at the latter’s expense. NOMUDA is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delays in delivery.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Your return or exchange will be accepted within 3 business days from the package’s delivery to our warehouse. Once accepted, we will handle the refund or the shipping of the new order. Shipping costs are covered by us. In case of a REFUND, we will issue a refund equal to the order value excluding shipping fees (both for delivery and return), which remain the customer’s responsibility. In the case of an EXCHANGE, the new item will be shipped free of charge.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To fully respect the rights of the Customer and ensure complete satisfaction, NOMUDA is committed to granting the Customer the right to withdrawal, as provided by Legislative Decree of May 22, 1999, No. 185 “Implementation of Directive 97/7/EC on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts.”
