The wool used for this garment is carded. Carding is a process in the textile fiber manufacturing cycle, carried out with a carding machine to make the yarn bulkier, softer, and especially warm, with medium to heavy weight—perfect for the winter season.
To keep the DADA sweater in perfect condition, hand wash in cold water with gentle detergents or use a machine wool cycle. For hand washing, rinse the garment, gently squeeze out excess water, and lay flat to dry away from direct heat sources.
Avoid tumble drying, and if needed, iron on a low setting. Fold the garment and store it with the Nomuda cedarwood bar, a natural moth repellent.
