This garment is made from 75% merino wool and 25% silk. The wool used for this piece is referred to as “combed.” Combing is a process that occurs in the textile fiber manufacturing cycle, resulting in a smooth, homogeneous, thin, and even natural yarn, which allows for the creation of fine, delicate, and extremely lightweight knitwear.
To keep the sweater in perfect condition, hand wash the garment in cold water with mild detergents. Rinse thoroughly, gently squeezing out excess water, and lay flat to dry away from direct heat sources.
Avoid using dryers and iron at a low temperature if necessary. Fold the garment and store it with the Nomuda cedar wood bar, which acts as a natural moth repellent.
